Trout and salmon are starting to move – either cruising the shallows waiting for increased flows to move up river, or starting to congregate in the deepest pools near lakes and ponds. Anglers are going to have to be careful not to stress the fish in the usual and well-known pools where they wait (and most of you know where these spots are in the Rangeley area).
